SiaToday Logistics exercises reasonable care in handling all items. However:

• We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from improper packaging, labeling, or handling instructions provided by the client
• Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
  • The documented value of the shipment, or
  • The maximum liability stated in the client’s service agreement

We do not transport hazardous materials unless explicitly approved in writing.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

All services are performed according to industry standards, chain‑of‑custody requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
