Cancellation Policy – SiaToday Logistics

At SiaToday Logistics, we understand that delivery needs may change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:

Standard Deliveries

  • Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel a scheduled non-STAT delivery up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted delivery rate.

STAT & Urgent Deliveries

  • Due to the time-sensitive nature of STAT deliveries, cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of dispatch confirmation.
  • Cancellations after this window will be billed at the full quoted rate, as resources are immediately allocated.

Recurring or Contracted Services

  • Clients with recurring or contracted services must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled routes.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a review of service terms or retainer adjustments.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via:

    • Client Portal: Use the cancellation feature in your SiaToday Logistics dashboard

Exceptions

  • Exceptions may be granted in cases of verified emergencies or facility closures. Please contact dispatch directly to request consideration.
