1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
- A delivery was not completed due to an error on our part
- A service was significantly delayed beyond the agreed‑upon delivery window, and the delay was within our control

2. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued when delays or service issues are caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete pickup/delivery information provided by the client
- Improper packaging or labeling of materials
- Facility access restrictions or delays caused by the client or receiving party
- Weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control
- Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched (see Cancellation Policy)
- Deliveries involving regulated medical materials where service was performed but the outcome (e.g., specimen viability) was affected by factors outside our control
3. STAT & Urgent Deliveries
Due to the immediate allocation of resources:
- STAT deliveries are non‑refundable once dispatched
- Refunds for STAT services will only be considered if the failure was directly caused by a SiaToday Logistics operational error

- A brief description of the issue

Credits may be issued faster than monetary refunds.
